Shipping policy

As part of our 100% Buyer’s Guarantee, Suite Kings promises your tickets will be delivered to you prior to the event start time. This guarantee will be considered honored and deemed completed upon Suite Kings sending of the tickets to you (PDF / e-tickets and Mobile Entry), and not upon your receipt thereof. When Suite Kings sends you the Tickets by electronic delivery, Suite Kings will use the e-mail address that you provided, so please to make sure that you receive our electronic transmission (and that it was not caught by a spam filter or received in your e-mail’s junk/trash mailbox). When Suite Kings sends the tickets using USPS, our guarantee will be considered honored and deemed completed upon the delivery first attempt. Please track the package and be available to accept the package if needed. Your non-receipt of Tickets that were properly sent to you by Suite Kings (via any method of delivery) shall not be a ground for a refund or a cancellation of your purchase of the tickets.

Lastly, keep your tickets in a safe place. Unless otherwise stated in our terms, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded even if lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.

The delivery method of tickets will depend on the event and/or venue however suite tickets will be delivered one of three ways (see event listings for event delivery method):

PDF / E-TICKETS

E-tickets are a delivery method that enables you to print your tickets at home to bring to the event. Be sure to add info@suitekings.com. com to your contacts so you an receive your e-tickets.

Your PDF tickets and instructions on how to open the PDF will be sent to the email address you provided us with at the time of your transaction and will be delivered in a separate email from your invoice / order confirmation. If you have problems opening or printing the attachment, please download the latest version of Adobe Reader.

An invoice / order confirmation is not a substitute for e-tickets, so be sure to print out the right thing! Color or black-and-white is okay.

If you don’t have a printer or cannot print the tickets prior to attending the event, you may be able to present the tickets on your phone at the venue and the ticket attendant may be able to scan the ticket barcode through your phone.

MOBILE ENTRY

Mobile Entry is the easiest and safest way to access tickets to your events. When your event is Mobile only, your mobile phone is your ticket.

NOTE: For mobile entry tickets, you will only be able to access your tickets on your phone. You will not be available to print your tickets, nor can they be emailed to you.

To access the tickets on your phone, you will need to download a third-party app like Ticketmaster. Instructions on how to access your mobile tickets will be sent to the email address you provided us with at the time of your transaction and will be delivered in a separate email from your invoice / order confirmation.

TRADITIONAL MAIL

While less common, some tickets will be mailed to the shipping address you provided at the time of your transaction. Tickets are normally mailed 7-14 days prior to the event and are sent with tracking by either the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FedEX. If the value of tickets is $500 or more, a signature may be required.

Included within your purchase is free standard ground shipping which could take 2 – 4 business days depending on where the tickets are being shipped. If you would like for us to expedite the shipping and send priority, express or overnight; you will be responsible for any additional shipping cost over the standard shipping cost.

If you are ordering tickets 7 days or less before the event, we highly recommend for you to do local pickup to ensure you receive the tickets / add-ons (i.e. parking passes) before the event start time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we are only able to ship domestically within the United States and cannot ship internationally yet.

DELIVERY BY VENUES

  • Texas Trust CU Theatre (Grand Prairie, TX)
    • Tickets: Unless otherwise noted, tickets will be PDF / E-Tickets and emailed 7-14 days before the event.
    • VIP Parking Pass: Unless otherwise noted, it will be sent by traditional mail – normally USPS.
  • American Airlines (Dallas, TX)
    • Tickets: Unless otherwise noted, tickets will be mobile entry and you will need to download the Ticketmaster app to access tickets
    • VIP Parking Pass: Unless otherwise noted,parking will be mobile entry and you will need to download the Ticketmaster app to access tickets.
